- We respect our customer's privacy and ensure all of our customer's information is secured. Our transactions are currently processed through trusted third-party gateway such as: Paypal and Google Checkout. Customers should be confident that their information is safe and secured with us.
- Returns & Replacements
- We offer returns and replacement on most of our products under the condition that the buyer pays for all shipping fees and the buyer is responsible for any product damages during shipment. Some items may require restocking fee and other additional fees for returns or replacements. All em-cases are checked for quality assurance and broken pieces before shipment. All sales of em-case are final and may not be returned/replaced due to manufacturer's terms. We inspect all of our em-cases and double check our orders to confirm we have the order correct. If you are looking for a return a product, damaged product, or defective product, please feel free to contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product. We strive to satisfy all of our customers and make sure they are happy with their purchase.

- We accept credit card payments, Paypal or Moneybookers through our secured online gateway. Pricing of our products can be found next to the product listing. To search for a product, you may browse through our categories or complete a search using our search engine. Promotions can be applied to products that are mentioned in the promotional page. To add promo codes and receive discount, you must first add your products then proceed to check out.
- Viewing Orders
- We allow our customers to view their orders by logging inside their account and check the status of their order. If you are our customer and do not have an account, please check the email you have provided during checkout for order status updates.
